Fred W. Albrecht
Husband of Mary E. Albrecht. Known as the Grocery Store King in Akron, Ohio. He opened his first store at the corner of Buchtel Ave. and Center St. in Akron in 1881. His business grew to the point of him owning 111 stores in the Acme Grocery Store chain by 1928. From this grew the Acme-Click stores throughout the area.
